Club is the club’s own subscription. The ASA licence, where listed, is paid through the club for each calendar year you need one. Honorary and sponsored memberships are committee-assigned and are not listed here.

Refunds & cancellation
These are Helderberg Harriers’s rules for payments you make to the club. Online payments, when available, are processed on the club’s own PayFast or Paystack merchant account, or by EFT to the club’s bank account.
You may cancel an unpaid invoice in the app. Nothing is charged.
If you have paid a joining invoice and the committee has not yet confirmed your membership, you may request a refund from the club. Once membership is confirmed and an ASA licence has been issued, club subscription and ASA licence fees are not refundable — the licence has already been lodged with Athletics South Africa.
Once a renewal payment has settled, it is not refundable except where the law requires it.
If you have paid for kit that has not yet been collected, you may request a refund from the club. After collection, kit is not refundable except for faulty goods under the Consumer Protection Act.
To ask for a refund or cancel, contact the committee (info@helderbergharriers.co.za) and quote the payment reference from your invoice.
